I don't disagree. But it's going to be a tough process and I don't discount losing a few people along the way. The right hire will be able to offset this, which is why its so important that Hamilton keep focused on weighing his options properly.

Yes, a QB would change a lot for this program but it looks like entire program has issues. The new coach is going to have a major rebuilding project all around the program. A new coach will solve a good portion of the problems outright. Fulmer has been a poison to this program.
