I have already talked to two people today that don't like Tennessee just because they don't like Phil Fulmer and think he is a bad coach. Both of these people said they will probably root for Tennessee more now that he is going to be gone.

I just find this interesting. Phil has been holding Tennessee football back for a while now.

You've got that right. But get ready, you'll get flamed here.

I know many Alumni that were very down on the program just because of how pig-headed Phil Fulmer has been.

The glory days of Tennessee football will return!!!!

These people were never loyal fans I don't believe, but they are the type of people that probably moved to this area from somewhere else and just didn't like Tennessee because of the coach.

Actually, I heard one person say they stopped liking Tennessee along time ago because of what Phil did to Majors.

If they're fans that buy tickets, go to games, make donations to the university, etc. then this is great news.

If they're fans who are now going to yell go Vols while sharing hot wings & doritos on your couch....who cares???

You realize you just made a deduction based upon a statistical sample size of two, right?
