Leaving the SEC

Nah, couldn't afford the pay cut, the SEC will be largest donor year over year to each member school for the foreseeable future, particularly once the new TV deal kicks in

Who would be in favor of leaving the SEC and joining a weaker conference so Tennessee could compete again? Think about it...we’d have a chance to win and be happy again. Tennessee will not compete in the SEC for the next 20 years. Hasn’t been to Atlanta in 13 years. Hasn’t won a conference championship in 23 years. I think it’s time to move. Who’s in favor?
bawahahaha. UT is not leaving the SEC

I like the idea of moving to the ACC primarily for logistical reasons but also because I want to see parity in college football again. The SEC foot print is far too big right now.

I bet your room is littered with participation trophies and you were known as the kid that took his ball home when $hit didn't go his way.

Hell no. Dropping down in competition is a cop out and losers mentality. That's like changing your gender from male to female to participate in women's sports. Don't want. I want this program to man up, quit stepping on their own d**K, get out of their own way and go take the SEC back. Today seems to be a good start in that direction.
