Typical. Thread was about Chuck Webb and like most other threads gets hijacked with player comparisons and who is better.
Its called conversation.
The greatest opening drive that I've ever seen in my life was the 1989 TN/UGA game. We went 7 plays - 80 yards - and never did anything other than hand it to Reggie Cobb or Chuck Webb running between the tackles.
anybody remember the play that ended his career? It was a horsecollar type tackle, remember?

Their rushing stats are virtually the same through 12 games, plus 3 catches for Webb while Jamal caught 23/275. Webb did have more TD's.
It seems Webb was great butt it also seems a lot of people are overlooking Jamal b/c of his junior year IMO.

Stats dont tell the story. Of course if you read the media guide you see so and so have so many yards in so many games. Seeing Webb run was magical. Jamaal will go down as having a great season and one of the better backs Tenn had but seeing Webb was legendary, imo.
