Kiffin in not a great coach. His record at USC says that. He screwed over Tennessee to go to his "dream job" and then got unceremoniously fired after just three seasons. USC was his dream job, not Tennessee. You can assume he tried his absolute best at USC and still didn't last 4 seasons.

They need to circle back to Jeff Brohm and see if that is salvageable. He was the best of the bunch, IMHO.

Every one of those things are the reasons people are giving for why he they would be happy if he left. There's even more reasons which I've not even listed.
