Tennessee only produces a handful of top level D1 talent each year. CBJ understands that we cannot allow our rivals come take the cream of the talent each year. When we were strong we had the ability to recruit north GA, SC and NC. When we can keep the top players home it makes recruiting easier.

I don't hate on Dooley for taking the shot at the big time, I would have done the same. The sad fact is that the results are not there. It's the same in the real world, produce or get replaced. No matter how nice and sweet the waitress, if she keeps dropping your order shes got to go.

I sure wish I could look forward to seeing Casey Clausen in the huddle next weekend at Williams Brice. If Bray had half the grit Clausen had he would be a winner.

Palardy had a really good game. It was good to see a punt come booming out of there for a change. Solid on his field goals, looked like the kicker we recruited, if for only one night.
