It would simply be travel bans from certain places. whatever the rhetoric, we could never enforce a ban based merely on beliefs.

The first responders walking through that bar, examining the scene, taking it all in, all the while 49 phones are ringing as family members and friends try to call to make sure they are alright. How haunting is that?

I'm not saying this is what is actually going on but if I were playing a long game against an enemy and saw an opportunity to literally have them voluntarily disarm themselves (to any extent) that would certainly be a tactic I'd be willing to pursue.

All that would lead to is people not going to the doctor and not getting prescribed meds. So instead of being medicated and armed, they will be unmedicated and armed. Sounds fun.
