I'm not a fan of being far off from everything.

We compromised.

I get a giant kitchen, closet and bathroom and he's building my own gym. And I get two blue ticks bc I hate the dark and we will be in the woods.

I need to get this in writing now that I think about it.

1 Push Press

7 rounds with PVC
7 rounds with oly bar

-Add squat clean thruster and back thruster then:
7 rounds adding weight to bar each round to get max weight


MetCon:
5 rounds

6 kbs 1 pood
6 plyo box jumps
