Today:

30 squats
30 push ups (chest to deck)
30 Mountain Climbers (30 each leg)
30 butter fly sit ups
30 lunges (30 each leg)
30 burps
30 squat thrusts

15 minute time limit. Should be able to complete 1.5 to 2 rounds for someone in decent shape.

The 30 burpees would kill me. I'd be lucky if I finished a full round. Lol

The "burp" is different from the "burpee", at least where I work out. The burp doesn't involve raising up. Basically, a squat thrust and chest to deck push up combo.

Tomorrow is an off day. Thursday:

1/4 mile sprint
40 squats
30 butter fly situps
20 push ups
10 squat thrusts
1/4 mile sprint

My goal: 8 minutes
Reality: 9-10 minutes
