Lol well obviously there’s some meat ball celebration day or some subliminal message Freak has imbedded on VN last night. All day Crappy hurricane rain weather here so some comfort food was needed and I made spaghetti and meatballs for dinner tonight. Nice side salad of our baby spinach, romaine , red leaf and arugula with soft garlic bread. Jaw still kindof tender.

They were pretty good. I was trying to adapt my italian stuffed sliders to a bbq burger slider. I think it needs some tweeking though.

I ate a lot of mettwurst and beans from OCI when I was at UT. Add a little chili, it's on time.

Metts & beans, real mettwurst served with small white beans (navy beans). Why white onions? Well, white onions stand up well when finely chopped. They don't wilt or discolor, quickly. They remain crisp and flavorful. That's why the are favorites of vendors.

LOL, I got a menu with a price of $5.25 in my hand. This is from the mid-nineties. Sadly, OCI on the strip is long gone.
