I’m enjoying a 2016 Volver Tempranillo from the La Mancha region of Spain while my wife concocts a sausage, onion, sweet pepper, potato & spice baked dish. Her imagination is unerringly on target.

I had toast and scrambled eggs with jelly. Wanted sausage, but we were out.

Mixed it with everything. I finally foubd a place that carries mixed fruit jelly, I love that stuff.
