What every other good old southern country boy Has for Labor Day some Sashimi salmon, tuna and salmon in ponzu ginger sauce, same fish in poke bowl with jasmine rice and a fresh salad with Catalina served on paper plates and a plastic TV tray!

She'd just woke up, as I recall. She was right next to my leg the minute stuff actually started getting dipped in cheese.

Late dinner last night was leftovers atop a 5-cheese pizza - little bit of corn, peas, mashed taters, steak... A pinch of cayenne & smoked paprika... I know it’s odd, but I had worked on a home project until dusk.
