Good points so why have we seen these players regress? Is that all on the coaches? No it isnt. Try and spin it whatever way you want but these guys are not executing properly. The coaches definitely arent doing very well. But players deserve blame as well.

While Banks stepped over the line, he is being punished internally. I do not like or condone what he said. Nor do I like it. However he is young and brash and needs guidance. Many of us said dumb things and many of us got punished and turned out ok. Let the staff handle it.
