I would like to see the bodycam, from outside the residence...if she CLEARLY told cops that the assailant was NAKED and her husband wasnt, but was in the house...like I understand it...I do believe the cops are at fault. It's easy to see the difference between a naked man and a clothed man..especially when you are trained to notice these things, and assess any situation mentally before using deadly force...American Hero was killed in his own home for protecting his family, I know it wasnt malicious, but that doesn't mean it isn't grossly negligent...it will cost taxpayers millions, just like the 49 year old lady if she has any family...
I guess I keep going back to this and trying to understand what is going on:
"Mr. Black goes and gets his sidearm and shoots the intruder and saves his grandson," Rathod said. "Mr. Black walks out of the bathroom to see other individuals who had also come in the home. Black's wife had called the police and ran outside. She specifically told the police what her husband was wearing and there was a naked man attacking her grandson. Mr. Black walks out and is shot by police."
It reads here that the naked man and others had come into the home. I'm assuming it means other intruders and not the cops. Also, you have the wife leaving the home.
Just seems like you have a lot of traffic and people running in all directions with gunfire mixed in.
