Srs question: what's the point of using straps?

Grip. I try and rock climb and do wrist curls to keep my strength up... But there's still absolutely no way I could get close to shrugging what I do without straps. Even with cross grip (which I recommend fully if you insist on bare-handing DL's/shurgs/etc).Srs question: what's the point of using straps?

I recommend Astroglide for this.They will really help with the rubbing issues.
Did nothing for me really. It's ok, but feels the same as some caffeine pills.
Jack3d, Code Red, and AlphaFury is what I alternate.

I use jack3d too but it seems to lose some fizzle after you take it for a few weeks. When you first start it only takes a couple minutes to kick in.

I already have the 1 M.R. that I've started taking, and I just bought some Jack3d.
When you mention cycling between the supplements, do you mean like switch every other day or taking a few weeks of one and then a few weeks of the other?
Might be a stupid question, but I honestly would like to know.
