I’m sure his phone will be ringing off the hook from Top Programs and he will go there be a star and we will never hear about any issues ever again..

What a waste, oh well he'll probably be starting for Oklahoma after Rattler is gone
Riley and OU can do a lot better than Salter. They signed a five star QB this past December and are in the driver’s seat for a five star QB in the 2023 class who is announcing next month.

I can see Saban or Deion even Lincoln Riley picking this guy up of course if Saban gets him he will be smoking cigars in the Neyland endzone next year.
I really don't think Saban would bother. He can pull almost any recruit he wants why would he bother with a guy that has weed problems?

Needed to happen. Hopefully this wakes him up and will help him in the long run, but from his behavior online paired with getting in trouble twice already, I’ll be expecting another incident at some point sadly.

Clearly …the “kid” has a problem distinguishing between right and wrong. He’s probably in for a rocky road ahead. We can pray this is the proverbial “straw and camel back” but it’s hard to know another person’s “rock bottom”.

He talked about transferring to Memphis between smoke rings a couple of weeks back on Instagram.

When compiling a list of nice little towns where a kid can grow up safely you have to pen in Memphis at the top of the list.

I'm sure Kaidon would love it there but I bet his family has other plans.

No chance.

Maybe Memphis or a G5 school after spending some time in JUCO. Don't think most P5 teams want to take a chance on him after this.
Exactly . No reason to. He can go to Houston and kill it. Transfer if he wants to a Power 5 school. However, at this point playing at a Houston or UCF might be an easier path to the 12 team CFP.

I don't know why anyone thinks he will go anywhere and kill it. What is that thought based on? Wishful thinking I'd say. He hasn't shown any indication of getting his priorities in order as of yet. I doubt this is the wake-up call most people are wishing for.

If you think a team full of potheads could compete against a team of players who aren't, you are sadly miss informed about what pot does to the psychology of a daily smokers brain

Fact! However, the ganga squad will likely show up shortly to tell you that it's not a problem.

I’m starting to think his family isn’t all that embarrassed. Most likely they’ve been aware of his lousy attitude and haven’t made any real attempts to fix it as he grew up.
And sometimes, the family has tried everything they know to try but the lure of substances is simply too strong. Hope they find the right buttons to push and the kid gets clean both physically and mentally before it's an outcome that turns from embarrassing to tragic. There is no greater sorrow in this world than for a parent to bury a child. It's as if the light in this world goes dim and never comes back. Praying for this kid and his family. Really, really hope it works out for them...and I'm not speaking of football.

Heupel had no choice here. If this had been an established coach who had built the program to an elite level, KS is still probably on the team. But keeping him at this point slows down building the new culture of the program. Hope he gets it together and gets another chance somewhere else. But this absolutely had to happen.

If he shows out at JUCO a P5 team, probably another SEC team will take him.

I didn’t say he would. I basically said he can bc he’ll have that opportunity.

Understand. My post wasn't directed at anyone in particular. He will have an opportunity and he's lucky to have that. We will see if he uses it wisely.

LOL! Well sport, if you’re trying to show how stupid you are….You’re doing a great job! You have no clue what Memphis is like. 😂
