You can’t force someone to feel a certain way. I know this seems elementary and weak to some, but people have feelings both men and women. And those feelings, whether we agree with them or not, are valid. It may not seem real to us, but it is real to them. It’s like telling someone with clinical anxiety, you’re fine, why are you freaking out? They feel the way they do even if it is not understandable. All you can do is be there for them to listen and help them through. And along the process, if they need correction or direction, they will be more open to listen to you because they know you care about them.
