Well, I missed most of it in the OR this morning but this is the best I can figure. There were several insiders that were 100% certain that Butch had been or would be fired. Some of them made predictions about the timing being today or tomorrow; some did not.

Butch came out and gave a normal press conference as if nothing was wrong at all and the wheels basically came off the bus at that point. There were some that called the insiders FOS and some of the insiders got angry and left; some apparently have decided to stick around.

There was apparently an internet bad ass show down and someone threatened to go to someone’s house or something like that.

In summary, no one knows when Butch Jones is going to be fired or if he will finish out the end of the season. I can’t even begin to tell you where were at on Gruden. I’m no GrandVol or anything but that about covers it I think.

This is what I believe . I also believe he has and continues to make a huge mistake about not holding a news conference to make a statement that would calm the masses . Not saying anything in this case is making the whole process look really bad.

He is extremely pragmatic and doesn’t placate - that is why you aren’t hearing anything.

If that's the way he's going to play it, he better get it right. The silence is going to be hard to jusitfy if we end up with Mike Bobo.

I think if there is anything about Tuesday, then we will hear something later today.

People also forget that it is very customary to tell coaches first, then players, then press. No way was today's press conference going to be the moment.

I tend to believe that critical thinking skills are becoming less and less in our population.

You can't observe his position without also altering his speed, and you can't observe his speed without also altering his position.

As much as i want to believe like you do, we havent seen anything in the last decade to give us that kind of hope. When are they going to give us something to hold on to?

Man, I really hope you're legit. I hope so much you're legit. I think you've had an agenda the entire time you've been here and I think it's going as planned, so I'm holding out hope until it all unfolds.
