You have to hire the who you think is the best coach. I would hate to lose PW, but one recruit can not determine who you recruit. Surely you are smart enough to realize that. If you are not, that is your problem.

This is hard for me but not going to give my personal opinion.
It doesn't matter, Jones will make his own choice.
That choice could be a failure and hurt our progress but still is his choice.
If he feels that someone will work better in his system than an alternative with a bigger name, he may be correct. It's his name and paycheck on the line so I'm gonna just play the spectator... Not that there is another option.

He decided to take more of a sports management/AD type of role, that was his decision. It was not because he couldn't find a job as you claim. And yes, many NFL teams are beating down his door.
