Last and most importantly, large tax free "rewards" for turning in corruption on every level of city, state, and federal governments.

This is a start that will make change.

I agree with all of this but the ones to do that are the ones that need kicked out.

K has been interviewing for this job for decades, numerous FBI background checks (which include talking to HS and college associates), an extensive anal probing from the BAR association (per CW) and simply being in the public eye for 20+ years. All without 1 single hint of an allegation of sexual misconduct.

So either the FBI is incompetent, the BAR association is a farce and overlooks sexual misconduct K and friends are masters at covering their tracks or these allegations are ********. Which is it?

On the prior investigations, was this specific allegation investigated? I think the answer is no.
The ABA would not have investigated this and they opine largely (if not exclusively) based on his work as a judge. In fact, I don't know if they look at anything other than his judicial record.
Yes, he was in the public eye to some extent, but not to the extent he is when he's nominated to the supreme court. More is on the line here. Given the pain and discomfort Ford experienced in coming forward, it's not terribly surprising that someone would do that to herself only when something really important was on the line.

The only factual statement he made was that he was something of a barometer for middle america. OK, fine that he thinks that, but what does he have to show he's the typical independent voter? I can show you plenty of polls showing lots of independents are uncomfortable with Kavanaugh. That seems to have more weight than some guy saying here's what I think with no support whatsoever.

GOP Sen. Jeff Flake (Ariz.) said on Friday that he is supporting Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination, giving him a significant boost as Republicans try to confirm him early next week.
“While some may argue that a different standard should apply regarding the Senate’s advice and consent responsibilities, I believe that the constitution’s provisions of fairness and due process apply here as well. I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh,” Flake said.
Flake’s decision comes less than a day after an emotional, hours-long hearing where both Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, a woman accusing him of sexual assault, testified for hours before the Judiciary Committee.
Flake called her testimony “compelling” but said he still had doubts after the hearing.

I don't think that disinformation has any decency. We could go through the examples of sending summons in the mail for campaign donations etc.. You only come up with examples of slimey people all around.

It won’t matter to the base but this was very bad optics for the Dems. This will go down in history as the BK defense and a standard for when and how to make a group of senators rock back on their heels . I also believe it sets the tone for both side on the next one ( RBGs replacement ) BK showed the Rs that you can go against tradition and you shouldn’t just sit there and take ever misslie that’s thrown at you and hope for the best , then Graham to his credit , cemented it in stone .

You obviously have NEVER been subject to a BGC, they talk to damn near everyone you associated with during your life. Friends, family, teachers, co-workers ext and you expect us to believe that out of all the people the FBI interviewed they ALL covered for him? Not 1 single person spoke up and said "well back in HS K"?

And what about the extensive anal probing BGC (per CW) the BAR association does? Did they miss a serial sexual predator and allow him into their midst?

It doesnt matter. Justices aren't voted in by the populace. Polls about them simply serve as a tool to rouse the rabble.
