What I find so fascinating about this whole event is that, despite what many of them are saying, none of the Democrats are acting like they believe Professor Ford's accusation.

I still believe Feinstein didn't think there was enough there to bring it up, until things were out of her control. That and the confidentiality request. Now there are ulterior motives and so on, which are not necessarily about her credibility.
That's just what I suspect.
Umm maybe because both parties have their own investigatory resources with additional resources granted to the Judiciary committee (both parties) specifically so they can conduct investigations?
Still waiting on an answer to why Ford doesn't go ahead and talk to the FBI or offer to talk to them or request to talk to them.
