Josh Dobbs (merged)

Dobbs was incredible in the red zone???

He's 2nd all-time in school history for TDs scored while playing less games than Peyton (who is the school leader). On a per game basis, Dobbs scored more TDs per game than Peyton at Tennessee. And this was largely because he was such a great runner in the redzone.

Dobbs scored most of his rushing TDs in the redzone on QB power plays. He was not only fast but powerful. You give Dobbs the ball on the 2 yard line and he runs it in. Easily.

4/9 24 yards, 1int for a 12.0 rating.

And after BR goes back in, he drives down and scores a then go ahead TD.

Clearly it's time to start Dobbs over BR.

INT wasn't his fault. Ball hit AB right in his hands. Defender caught it on the bounce.

Steelers went conservative when Dobbs got in which is why they lost. Commentators even mentioned it.

Is this surprising to you? These are the same clowns that wasted a 3rd round pick on Rudolph.

Dobbs will succeed in spite of their incompetence.

I recall that, roughly 20 months ago, you were nearly orgasmic in your conclusion that the Steelers were a perfect fit for Dobbs. In no small part because of their coaching.

Interesting; blames BR for loses when it’s not his fault, but when his future HOFer and best player ever sucks in his chance to shine, it’s not his fault.
