Okay, where is the cradle to grave underlying interviews and determinations as to the 10 co-conspirators. Let me know who they are and what happened. Thanks.

• On 12/06/2018, FBI NY initiated a case after Southern District of New York
(SONY) contacted FBI NY regarding several victims that had been sexually
abused by Jeffrey Epstein in the mid 2000's. Epstein invited minors into his
residences, one of which was located in Manhattan, New York (NY) and paid
them to provide massages to him which turned sexual in nature. Afterwards,
Epstein paid the minors sums of money ranging from $200 -$1,000. On
7/05/2019, FBI NY was notified by CBP that Epstein was scheduled to arrive
at Teterboro Airport in Bergen County, New Jersey, on 7/06/2019. On
7/06/2019, Epstein was arrested in NJ and transported to NY without
incident. On 7/06/2019, a search warrant was executed at Epstein's
residence in Manhattan, NY upon which several items were seized.
• On 7/08/2019, Epstein pled not guilty and will be detained until his
detention hearing scheduled for 7/15/2019. Of the 10 co-conspirators, the
following have been located and served GJS; three in Florida, one in Boston,
one in NYC, one in Connecticut. Attempts to locate the remaining four co-
conspirators have been unsuccessful. A lead is being sent to Cleveland to
locate and serve one co-conspirator, who is a wealthy businessman in Ohio.
The current location for the remaining three co-conspirators are unknown at
this time.
• On 7/9-10/2019, a team comprising of eight SA/TFOs and two AUSAs
traveled to various locations in Florida to interview approximately 25 victims.
The 1-800-CALL-FBI line is active and has received approximately 45 calls.

You missed the point entirely. This is absolutely about party affiliation. This isn't only about Trump as there are lots of people besides Trump named in the docs. The screams for proof simply didn't exist from those same people a couple years ago (lots of examples have been posted of those as well).

Innocent until proven guilty exists only in a court of law

Witnesses testify in court as a generalization, see Rules of Evidence.

Where not talking about court here. I don't know what you are even talking about half the time because you don't even understand the very basics of how life works.

Witness testimony is completely different than the interpretation of a witnesses testimony by an agent. Unless it's corroborated.

This was most probably a government operation or sanctioned government operation -- Trump and Vance probably regret campaigning on it.

The allegations against anybody named in the Epstein files has to be proven in a court of law. For any conviction to happen. That's why this is a smear campaign on both sides by both sides. As opposed to actual information that will lead to convictions. There's not even enough information to convict Clinton who we know was on the flight logs directly to that Island more than anybody else.

They're used to get indictment basically -- provide a record to the prosecutor, witnesses are going to be doing the heavily lifting at trial.

He keeps bring it up but he is the one not really providing the beef. If he has information on Bill, he is required by law to release it.

A 302 is hearsay if offered to prove the truth of the statements in it.
Federal Rule of Evidence 801(c): hearsay is an out-of-court statement offered to prove the truth of the matter asserted.
Rule 802: hearsay is generally inadmissible unless an exception applies.
Implication: You can’t just hand over a 302 and say “see, the person said X, so it must be true.”

Allegations need to be investigated which is not getting done by Kashapp PayPal and the FBI. There are millions of docs that still need to be released. Why did it take Congress to pass a law for the admin to even admit they existed? Why is the trump admin not being held in contempt for ignoring the law Trump signed?

They literally should have millions and millions of more documents, they claimed 100s of victims. I laughed a year ago when that stupid blonde said she was reviewing the documents on here desk. Its completely idiotic.

Go find the 10 co-conspirators names I have pointed out before? That might be a good start. My guess is they will close the door on it all as its a government sponsored pedo and prostitution ring.

Yes I've seen you mention the 10 Co conspirators. And I 100% agree information regarding that should have been released when the transparency act was put in place. But that doesn't change the fact that wanting 302's to magically appear is still illegal unless tied to prosecutions. There's no more conversation over the 302 argument it's a red herring that you're trying to hold on to for some reason I don't know. Actually you're posting over this read more like I need the information to confirm my bias. As opposed to truth finding in fact finding.

Simple answer is yes. Although, if it impacted the Maxwell case , which most of the documents appear to be post-Maxwell than Congress has given some discretion.

The executive branch can release any documents it wants. Even the Maxwell case it would not put in jeopardy as she has a final order and no more appeal paths.

The President could release the top secret plans for an undisclosed military plane and post them on the white house website.
