SEC. 2. RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS RELATING TO JEFFREY1
EPSTEIN.2
(a) IN GENERAL.—Subject to subsection (c), not3
later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act,4
the Attorney General shall make publicly available in a5
searchable and downloadable format all unclassified6
records, documents, communications, and investigative7
materials in the possession of the Department of Justice,8
including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and each9
United States Attorney’s Office, that relate to—10
(1) Jeffrey Epstein, including all investigations,11
prosecutions, or custodial matters;12
(2) Ghislaine Maxwell;13
(3) any flight logs or travel records, including14
manifests, itineraries, pilot records, and customs or15
immigration documentation, for any aircraft, vessel,16
or vehicle owned, operated, or used by Jeffrey Ep-17
stein or any related entity;18
(4) any individuals, including government offi-19
cials, named or referenced in connection with the20
criminal activities, civil settlements, immunity or21
plea agreements, or investigatory proceedings of Jef-22
frey Epstein;23
(5) any corporate, nonprofit, academic, or gov-24
ernmental entities with known or alleged ties to the25
trafficking or financial networks of Jeffrey Epstein;

(6) any immunity deals, non-prosecution agree-1
ments, plea bargains, or sealed settlements involving2
Jeffrey Epstein or his associates;3
(7) any internal Department of Justice commu-4
nications, including emails, memoranda, and meeting5
notes, concerning decisions to charge, not charge, in-6
vestigate, or decline to investigate Jeffrey Epstein or7
his associates;8
(8) any communications, memoranda, direc-9
tives, logs, or metadata concerning the destruction,10
deletion, alteration, misplacement, or concealment of11
documents, recordings, or electronic data related to12
Jeffrey Epstein, his associates, his detention and13
death, or any investigative files; or14
(9) any documentation of the detention or15
death of Jeffrey Epstein, including incident reports,16
witness interviews, medical examiner files, autopsy17
reports, and written records detailing the cir-18
cumstances and cause of death.
