But framing it as a red herring or as me confirming bias doesn’t really clarify anything — it feels more like moving the goalposts than addressing the point. I'm just saying there doesn't appear to be much in there as far the FBI investigation process, and what they do have in there is basically heavily redacted. Furthermore, they covering up obvious Johns either for normal prostitution or possibly for sex with minors.

You tell me what the intent of, when you have the ability to disclose people that are involved in prostitution and/or pedo rings and willfully don't?

If this only involved adult prostitutes I would be LMAO, but I a pretty good idea what to expect seeing some of the videos and pics -- its difficult to be entertained.

Not out of hte realm of possibility.

Some possible scenario's...Politician gets invited down. GEt's lured, willfully or not, into some comprimising situations. Got the goods on him/her. Things get lobbied in DC for how certain mega wealthies and more powerful DC politicians want things to go. THey have your full support cause they got you locked in now. Kind of a Cartel atmosphere.

They're still hearsay, its just the law allows an exception. But even most investigation instruments are basically full hearsay of hearsay, which wouldn't provide for an exception.

If one finds a good attorney that understand rules of evidence very well, you probably have a winner.

For discussion on the forum, nothing wrong with any of these documents -- that doesn't mean they're all true.

Its most likely a government operation or sanctioned operation, the issue here is Congress has pulled the plug even on national security issues for nondisclosure. The AG would have to produce a summary of the non disclosed material as it relates to national security/classification.

Furthermore, the AG was to disclose in the public registry the classification of the materials after July 1, 2025. (I might try to do some digging here, just to make sure)

Trump was required to disclose and he clearly is not from what I can tell -> I would say the same thing if it was Joe Biden. 😂

Most likely nothing is going to happen but Trump will continued to be called a pedo or pedo protector and for good reason and the usually people will get angry about it.

Trump/Vance should have never campaigned on this -- now its their mess.

The only reason why this would be classified as a generalization:

1. it happened (generally)
2. it was sanctioned by the government or operated by the government

I would probably bet at this point, Epstein is alive and well and living in the sun right now. 😂

I should clarify, some of those exceptions are in civil cases, but not criminal. As we are currently not speaking in terms of an actual criminal charge, the issue is whether we can consider the allegations made against Trump right now, and we surely can.

It has nothing to do with "evidence" at this point as this is just a forum. Joe Biden admitted on live camera serious felonies, rules of evidence have nothing to do with discussing what he did.

These (documents/information/data) are the people's property, Congress has ordered disclosure of all the documents although there is some discretion and limited ability for non-disclosure. That does not mean everything in all the documents are/is true, just as it is in theory possibly Joe Biden was lying on camera. I tend to believe Joe Biden and he committed a federal crime.

We're at the early stage, but its not about "evidence" to indict someone, its about where's the beef.

(what is this suppose to be? without the supporting documents as to the co-conspirators --- we have e-mails from obvious Johns and they're not disclosing the names)
