Jefferey Epstein found dead in jail cell

You said a foia request would suffice...I showed you why with the foia exemption at the top of the page...Ive told you several time and even rebutted you link to why those 302s were released in that case which was because they were admitted into public record in court... Maxwell 302s and Epstein never had a trial....I can't put it any simpler your either unable to comprehend or more like debating on bad faith which you have developed a rep for
A foia wouldn't suffice for this

Oh im not expecting it but i did find it interesting he said that. Also said they removed images of child porn, abuse and death. Insane

Could have to do with the 4 named co conspirators in his plea deal in the mid 2000’s. Idk

If its connected to the plea deal than Epstein couldn't have been prosecuted in 2019 for it.

Yes there would be because that is step one, you would have an open case file.

No. Not all allegations require opening a case file.

Its cradle to grave. So, let me get this right, the U.S. government raids an island in another country and did this and that and there is no interviews?

Not even close to what I said. I did not say “you never conduct an interview”. I said “not all allegations require opening a case file”

How exactly did they indict Epstein with no interviews?

Not a thing that was said

😂Go to the closest nursing home you can find old man.

Congress has the ability to have anything released they want other than Presidential privilege, the only case that exists is Maxwell which involves in the actions in the early 2000s.

Maxwell 302s and Epstein never had a trial

Epstein's case is over as the defendant is supposedly dead hence prosecution is over. Maxwell's case is in general over other than her habeas motion, appeals are exhausted -- the case is over.

To be honest, you are so far out there its hard to even follow.

Bro, you need interviews to get affidavits, which you would get subpoenas for, and in which you get indictments. This isn't complex.

Bro, you just need to understand that Epstein was trafficking nobody to no one, working on behalf of no country, and was really a super brilliant stable math genius that made his billions above board. Also, you must defend pedophiles for some reason.

I think that is what they are trying to convince everyone of. 😂 The problem with that is, Trump falsely indicted two people, and one person is in prison for the hoax.

Next, Aliens stole all the investigation paperwork.

Site where Congress can release those records.... Without them being released prior...
The case being over doesn't grant automatic access to police records which is how 302s are treated... Hence the fioa expectation I posted as the reason why... Your mixing your opinions and desires with they law.... I'm citeing law not opinion

U.S. Constitution bro, maybe you heard of it. Congress makes statutory law. 😂

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

U.S. Constitution bro, maybe you hear of it. Congress makes statutory law.
So you can't... Please cite the specific constitutional powers to access police records?

FD-302s are protected by privacy and grand jury rules
A. Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. § 552a)
Limits how federal agencies can release personal information about individuals.
§ 552a(b): “No agency shall disclose any record…without the written consent of the individual to whom the record pertains, unless disclosure is pursuant to…statutory authority.”
Courts interpret this to protect uncharged individuals named in law-enforcement files (which includes 302s).
Even if Congress passes a law, forcing release violates privacy rights unless those individuals consent, and retroactive violations would be unconstitutional under due process principles.

You don’t interviewer every single complaint. That’s the part you’re missing. This isn’t complicated.

When a schizophrenic says “George Bush raped me, and Epstein took me on his boat where I saw black men disembowel infants and eat their feces”, that’s not something you follow up on.

Congress makes all laws for the Executive branch. What grade did you quit? You are very confused as to how basic government even works or is created.

I never said that. You're right its not complicated. Where are the interviews?

I edited.. With actual citation to my work . Please respond in the same manner if not capable do not respond
I'll ever repost so you don't have to go back.

302s were already released last week. They are included in the law Trump signed and has not complied with

Only docs excluded are either classified or from an active investigation.

Yes on cases in which they were introduced in court cases.. others have not been released... Because they legally cannot...

Saw your edit... If true then he is dumb for continuing to ask for them..

Plenty of people have trafficked to themselves. Matt Gaetz, Puffy, etc
