Personally, I wouldn't hang on too long, these runs are usually spurred by a musk tweet (He's the one getting rich), and don't last. I can't tell you how long to hold tho, it's a game of luck. At some point the cash out will begin. You can better your odds, by cashing out when you think it's peaked, and reinvesting low.
