Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

159.2
I can't seem to find the same discipline that got me to 155 last year, so I'm thinking of trying a 5 or 6 day fast to force myself to commit. Anyone have experiences with that?

I decided on a 100 hour fast. From everything I read, anything longer than that gives diminishing returns. My last meal was Saturday evening, but Sunday morning I still felt full, so I started the clock Sunday instead of the time of my last meal.
Sunday morning I weighed 164.4 (shocking how much weight I gained in 1 free day). I did a water fast Sunday through noon Thursday, as of this I have 3 hours left.
Here was my weight Thursday morning.

So my goal after heart ablation surgery in November was to loose 70 lbs. I weighed 321 so this morning I weighed less than I have since my college playing days. 277 and my wife said I looked skinny. Yall pray for me and the last 27 lbs.

It doesn’t help that I’m just coming off 6 months of ADT. Please, let me make better progress as my body chemistry establishes its new normal and my activities resume my pre-cancer pace.

208 after working in the yard this morning and afternoon. I do stay hydrated, but the fluctuations in my recent weigh-ins has to be water weight.

My old spring scale isn’t the best, but its reading is never that far from the reading in the doctor’s office.
