Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/31/2025)

Had a series of events between halloween and new years that got me off track. Ballooned up to 174. Got back on it starting Jan 2nd and weighed in at 159.6 this morning. Hope to be back to 155 by the end of March.
It’s so easy to gain weight between October and January. Good for you, getting back on track!

I got a good chuckle out of that myself. I also haven't posted in forever. That's mainly because I've slacked off on my exercise routine. I'm going to start going to the local gym starting soon and remedy that. I'm at a steady 248 lbs. It's moved from 252 to 248 in the last 6 months and back.

That's so true to me. Once I'm going it's okay, but if I jump off sideways it's a long time before I'm going in the right direction again.

As of now, I'm still in the healthy range, which was my goal. I feel good, workout every day, eat the things that are good for me, and stay away from junk.

Still waiting on my sleep to improve.🤪

OK, after six months of androgen deprivation therapy and not being able to ride my bicycle for 9 months, I’ve ballooned up to 213 lbs. I do calisthenics every day, waiting for clearance to get back to cycling. Hopefully, that’s June. The ADT should wear off within the next three months. Thank goodness. I was 195 when I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. My doc wants me to get to and maintain 180. Wish me luck. It’s a long haul with losing 2-3 lbs a month. I want this.

Coda: ADT makes you gain weight no matter what you eat. I eat well and not to excess.
