I decided on a 100 hour fast. From everything I read, anything longer than that gives diminishing returns. My last meal was Saturday evening, but Sunday morning I still felt full, so I started the clock Sunday instead of the time of my last meal.159.2
I can't seem to find the same discipline that got me to 155 last year, so I'm thinking of trying a 5 or 6 day fast to force myself to commit. Anyone have experiences with that?
