Explosion in Boston?

Now we have to spend millions & millions for a trial. If I was there I'd make the SOB walk to the hospital.

get him to talk and then inject him with massive amounts of staph.....official cause of death was due to infection caused by bullet wound and exposure to staph in dirty ass boat

I guess I should have used a different term than "might".....as it apparently confused you....just so you'll know....it's not something that crawls up a chicken's ass....and thankfully I haven't been in that situation, but the guy gave up his rights when he detonated a bomb on a public street killing and injuring innocent people....

In that case, thanks for the completely baseless conjecture on how I "might" behave.

Wow Barry looked depressed in that speech. Almost disappointed, he showed more emotion in his speech when the senate didn't pass his gun control.

I would think a little jubilation would be warranted?

Again, who gives a flying **** what the President acts like during a speech? Bush had a damn ****-eating grin every time he spoke. Didn't care then. Don't care now.

If he had been too elated, you would have said he needed to act more professional, or more ''presidential".

Ill say this. Most people prob would have wanted him killed.and I'm sure the kid would rather have died but was prob drifting in and out of consciousness . But I was hoping for him to be taken alive. Not for a fair trail, but to sit in a room for at least next 60 years. He's 19, that's a looooong time to rot in jail. But he prob will get death penalty eventually. Anyone ever been to jail? I mean an actual jail, like 201 in Memphis. I was there for maybe 17 hours, and to be honest, I would rather die than spend the rest of my life in jail. So I'm glad he's taken alive

201 = Real as it gets

And you made it out of the Memphis jail to tell about it. 201 Popular is not a place to be w/ a pulse. Even thirty minutes is way too long there.

So... just to clarify, but he can't get the death penalty, right? Or does this not fall under Massachusetts law due to circumstances?

I'm tellin u man they tried to give me a bologna sandwich that had black spots on it. And the cell had roaches in it. Not enough room in a cell for one person put your arms straight out. And two people are usually in a cell. Thank god I was alone.

Theys some crazy MoFos at 201 Popular. Jail is one place I know I never want to be for sure. I have a son that got into trouble & spent some time behind bars. It's no place for a picnic & that's what some think it is especially like in NO, LA.

He did the same thing when the presser for Bin Laden happened. He is probably just devoid of personality during a press conference.

Lets see, a moment when some form of exuberance, not jumping for joy but mabey along the lines of a job well done. Not damn I have to be here or my dog just died.

I might be wrong so maybe someone else can clarify. I think since the FBI was lead of the investigation, he can be prosecuted under federal law (which would include the death penalty). If it was Mass or Boston PD, the most the could have gotten was life in prison due to being a non death penalty state.

Agreed. I would think terrorism is federal. Not state.

He can be tried in federal court and given the death penalty. Timothy McVeigh was the last guy to get the death penalty under federal law, and it was also for domestic terrorism.

I really don't care either way. It wouldn't bother me if he rotted in prison for the rest of his life.

Or the stress of the situation has taken toll. Seriously, this has been going on for several days, how much sleep has Obama actually gotten? The stress has to be astronomical, and to expect elation at a press conference after several people died and hundreds more injured is ridiculous.

Elation would be the wrong response from a POTUS. A look of accomplishment , or even looking into the camera to show our enemies our resolve would have been enough. He didn't! He gave a more emotional speech about background checks.

Drug withdrawals? Why so touchy?

A cell mate to Charles Manson would be perfect for him - or even David Berkowitz
