I had almost completely stopped paying attention to this story. I need a cliff note explanation for why everyone is suspicious of a conspiracy. Who got shot in the head? How does that relate here? Sorry for my ignorance on this, but it hasn't been on my radar recently.

The FBI was interviewing one of Tsarnaev's associates in Orlando; I think it was his old sparring partner. An agent shot him dead, claiming that he went nuts and attacked with a knife or something. Then the man's father claimed that the body was shot a lot of times, including once in the back of the head.

I believe there was photographic evidence from the coroner's report that backed up the father's claims. Also, the FBI agent changed his story of how the attack went down.
