I eat on nutra-grain bar and about 8oz of some kind of fruit juice, seems to work well for me. Pre-work out that is!
 
I think it's jumping rope. You swing the rope twice under your feet with one jump! I tried some my first day, it takes a lot of practice to get the timing down.

Run 150 meters
7 Chest to bar pull-ups
135 pound Front squat, 7 reps
7 Handstand push-ups
