Crossfit

I did cleans for the first time in 3 years back in April and got 205. I doubt I could get that much now.

That's great, If I could do my cleans starting from the floor, I could do more. They make us start from right above the knees. I can't get as much momentum from there!

I think their fees are ridiculous. Over $100 month?

I can workout at Gold's Gym here for $20 month and have an olympic pool, yoga & spin classes, a full basketball court, and a huge weight room. There's no way I'm paying that.

the reason they are so high is because every class you have you have a trainer.

^^^ THIS^^^^

The key to big gains is going past the point your mind tells you to quit! In crossfit you have the trainer pushing you way past that point. You don't get that at a normal gym. P90x is the same, even though the CD is going, your at home, no one will no if I take a little break!

Today is a recovery day for me. Go back tomorrow and Friday. Hopefully Xtend and rest will get some soreness out, especially my glutes!

the gym i'm goin to tomorrow, here's their youtube page

YouTube - CrossFitImpulse's Channel

I watched 2 of the group fundamentals class videos. They are nothing like the ones here. They rotate workouts between 3 people wish is very nice, you can get a breather. Here you do your own workout in full, no rest between stations. It will give you a good idea of what you're getting into though!
