I can do them, but I doubt for 70 total reps. My head gets dizzy quick. Probably sup in something else.
 
just curious how the teach ppl how to do hand stand push ups, considering i have no freakin clue how to do them
 
I did a modified handstand push up last week. You put your knees up on the weight bench, then put your hand straight down on the floor with your azz as high up as you can. Put the top of your head straight down towards the floor, then just use your arms and go up and down. Doesn't sound that hard, but after a few sets you'll feel it!

Ten rounds of:
Run 150 meters
7 Chest to bar pull-ups
135 pound Front squat, 7 reps
7 Handstand push-ups

Might do some jump roping instead of the sprints. Might come down on the front squats, but I'm not sure.
 
165 right now. i try to go to the gym about 3-4 times a week but school gets in the way of that.
 
My body has achieved perfect symmetry. It's that long lean muscle that i've worked so hard to achieve.
 
Well today is day 7 of Crossfit, and it was by far my hardest to date!

Post Work Out - 10 minutes stretching
 
You pick up the bar bell(#65) up over your head, and walk 100M out and a 100M back in! It killed my time! I think I stopped like 5 times! Thank God we only had to do it once!
 
Ran today for warm ups. I think I have only had one day with runs in my WOD. They usually have some running after the WOD, but its optional. I ran Sunday, 2.5 miles. Just after 5 days I could tell a huge difference in my endurance.
 
friday can't get here soon enough, i'm really lookin forward to startin this up. TEX, how long did the fundamental classes last?
 
Mine lasted 5 days. Yours is only 3 right?


Oh I forgot to put down, I did my 1 rep max on cleans today, #135
