Crossfit

I just signed my contract today for 3 months. This week I went 4 days. Starting Next week my workout schedule will be 2 on 1 off then 2 on 2 off. Start there and see how it goes!
 
interesting. what are the diff set ups for how many times you work out a week? is there a one on one off, or a 3 on 1 off set up?
 
You can go 6 days in a row if you want! How often you work out is totally up to you! I personally don't want to get too thin, so I proabably will never go more than 4 days a week. Some guys only go 3, so they can keep some muscle mass!
 
i def don't want to be a bean pole. the guy in the video seemed to be ripped. i want to keep muscle mass, so we'll see. i'll prolly follow the paleo but make sure i eat more to keep my weight up

Seems like all the guys who compete in CF games are big. I'm sure if you eat plenty, you'll be fine.
 
I'm off for two days for recovery, but something in me wants to work out tomorrow! I think I might be becoming an addict!
 
The only reason I'm not going is because I know my body needs the rest! I think I may go and watch though!
 
I felt like I needed to do somethng today, so I went out and ran 2.4 miles. Wish I would have timed it, I feel I made pretty good time. Just one week of crossfit, and I can tell a difference in my endurance!

I don't do well with diets, I just try to watch my portions and make sure I get plenty of protein. No sugar, sodas! Usually works well for me!
