Crossfit

I struggled today! After warm ups my instructor wanted me to max out on my Deadlifts! I started out small and worked up. My max for today was #295. It took a lot out of me for sure. I missed 2 rounds on my WOD before 20 minutes.

my cardio is pathetic, i won't lie. the biggest thing is i've got to see if i can substitute the half mile/mile runs with something else. my knees can't take the pounding from the pavement. i'm good for like a quarter of a mile then they start flaring up. dang arthritis

Well thats where crossfit kills me, cardio!!! Trust me they can give you something else to do besides run, believe that!
 
Off today, going to do the left snatch, right snatch, pull ups up 21-15-9 rounds tomorrow. Might go for a morning run too.

KB snatches are the truth. You will be killing your core, arms, back, and shoulders. Then you get people that don't think you work and of those things with crossfit.
