Grab the kettlebell at the horns with two hands, one on each side. Get wide leg stance, and put the kettlebell between your legs and swing it up over your head. Bring it back down between your legs and repeat.

My first work out was with KB's, I started out with 40#, It seemed pretty easy at first, by the end it felt like 100#! I would start out slow, you can always move up!
