95 pounds on a straight bar. 8 deadlifts, 6 up right rows, 5 over head presses. As many rounds as you can in 20 mins.
 
Just recieved my Xtend (recovery drink mix) in the mail. 30 servings isn't going to last very long if you have to do 4 scoops a day!
 
they tell you to do 4 scoops so they can make more money off of you. i would just do 2 scoops after your workout and be done.
 
It must be a pretty popular gym then. The one I'm going to is fairly new, so they are willing to work with you a lot more!
 
Rowing machine, kettle ball throws, and squats onto a 15# medicine ball. 10 minutes straight. This was Thursdays WOD.

I would do 10 calories on rowing machine, then go to kettle ball and do 10 reps, then 10 squats on the medicine ball.

Grab the kettlebell at the horns with two hands, one on each side. Get wide leg stance, and put the kettlebell between your legs and swing it up over your head. Bring it back down between your legs and repeat.

Always seen that as KB swings. Oh well, I'll have to use a DB. I guess a 55?
 
I call them KB swings too, but some people call them KB throws. 55 is a pretty good weight. It is harder to hold a DB.
 
My first work out was with KB's, I started out with 40#, It seemed pretty easy at first, by the end it felt like 100#! I would start out slow, you can always move up!
 
Warm up (2 rounds)

Clean and jerks (#95) x3
Dead Lift (#95) x3
Box Jump (18") x 10




WOD (20 minutes)

Clean and Jerks (#95) x 3
Deadlifts (#95) x 6
Box Jumps (18") x 9

I did 12.3 rounds in 20 minutes

The clean and jerks are killers, make sure your form/technique is good or your back will suffer!
 
I have some really good trainers, they don't let you wimp out, the push you to the limit! Just what I need!!
