I actually feel like the NFL probably leaked the story. I think the league is happy to send a stern message to the rest of the players, and show gamblers and the public this will not be tolerated. It's a convenient time of year for this story to come out. It didn't get in the way of the season and we'll mostly forget about it by the draft.

Yeah, you are probably right. But it makes me question, how many others are doing it too. 1 year isn't exactly the Pete Rose treatment.

I think there’s quite a few players that do. They just don’t do it from their own phone 🤦🏻‍♂️

If they'd drop those new clown suits they they wear and go back to the 90s uniforms full time, they'd win it all.

Or maybe not but at least they'd look better.

In fact they need to bring those back full time and with the 1 helmet rule gone bring back these as alternates/throwbacks:

Broncos didn't give up too much, they have Wilson on a decent contract for 2 years, but still I'm not that happy. I can't believe I have to root for him. At least it will be fun to blame him for everything that goes wrong.

I have to disagree. I think they gave up way too much. Wilson is good, but not that good.
