Honestly... if you're going to rank players truly at the QB spot there are several others that are further along fundamentally for the NFL game than Tebow. Jevan Snead is further. Colt McCoy is. Tebow's motion is just soooooo long that he'll struggle until, if he ever does, shortens it...

why? If you're going to be so definitive please have concrete proof for why you think that way. You want a quarterbacks coach that can teach the guys to work through a progression of 3-4 reads... I don't think that was Tee's forte. He was more a 1-2 read and then run style quarterback.
