A little bit of news for any who may be interested (probably not many since this thread died in October)...but...Paulay & Juda ended up having a completely undefeated season and as of last night won the state championship game against Waianae, 36-13.
Here are a few quotes from the newspaper...
MY "argument" is garbage??? :post-4-1090547912:
I'm not the one on here making ignorant statements like "Richardson > Asiata / Clear >Asiata" and solely basing my opinions off mere websites- I'm not the one on here saying that Paulay is "greater than" anybody else- I'd be an idiot to do so...
Seriously, you're gonna go there, huh?
I've tried to stay as professional as possible, and I understand you have your own opinion, but please take a simple look at the facts before you go and and say that Paulay is "less than" these guys.
What are you basing your opinion on? If you are...
Sorry you guys, there's nothing much to report- no further contact has been made by TN to Paulay. I spoke with my husband today and he told me that TN ask Juda Parker to "de-commit." - I'm not sure how reliable that info is, but my husband said that Paulay told him last night and that Paulay...
Sorry you guys...I have to take back what I said about Juda sitting out...my father-in law and sister-in-law went to the game while I worked yesterday and there was a miss-communication- Juda DID in fact play yesterday- and they quoted that he played "pretty much the whole game and did awesome...
St. Louis won today against Damian 66-0...1st stringers didn't even play today (Paulay and Juda didn't even dress out- I guess it was considered an "easy win" game, and I guess the coaches felt it would be a good game to let the 2nd and 3rd strings play the whole time and give the 1st stringers...
Sure- I'll try my best to keep track :good!:
Saturday, Juda's name was coming up on the loud speaker at the stadium lots- he made plenty "ka-tooooshes"
Paulay and Juda had 3 pre-season games:
1) August 13- Roosevelt vs. St. Louis
St. Louis won 48-8
2) August 21- St. Louis vs. Waianae
St. Louis won 42-3
3) August 27- Kahuku vs. St. Louis
Kahuku won 49-27*
*1st half of the game was neck and neck- went into half-time 21-20...but last...
Hey you guys! Here's the update:
Coach Hiestand called me the other day (Sept. 2) and asked to speak with Paulay, but he was at practice, so we spoke instead. It was a great conversation. I did ask him what the likely hood of Paulay getting an offer for an official visit was, and he said...
As of today (Sept. 1), right now @ 6:37PM (Hawaii Time) no one from Tennessee has called Paulay...we know they probably have a long list, so we're keeping our fingers crossed...we did get a letter from Terry Joseph (Recruiting Coordinator) stating that after Sept. 1 that the coaches would be...
FYI- Paulay had his 2nd pre-season game last night- and they were victorious again- 42-3...this week he was at left guard for most of the game and played a little bit at right tackle too...
