If anything, per pretty much every report, Butch has no ego. Which is the problem.

This may be right, but that doesn't mean it was a lack of discipline, or that it was right to drop on the team after playing their hearts out to overcome their own mistakes. It's the "never good enough, quickest to complain" group, that half.
