    I have not seen where Venables was even interviewed. Pruitt and Venables are both great coaches but I like Pruitt. DC at Florida State, GA and Bama. 3 national championships. He would be a great hire. Great recruiter.

    I agree but I remember Kirby Smart coached in Bama's game after he took the Ga job. Don't think many were too happy about that

    Jeremy Pruitt is a great coach. I never thought I would say I would like someone with ties to Bama.....but I am now. 3 national championships and is defenses are tops.
