I didn't want to start an entire thread about this but also don't wanna get off topic here so sorry if it bothers anyone.
I have an NCAA dynasty with the Vols. Now in 2015 and I created Santos as a recruit and signed him. He is in his Senior year and has recored 316 tackles, 29.5 sacks, 8 FF, 4 FR, 3 INT and 1 Def TD in 3 and a half years. And thats simulating games.
Btw... Vols 5-0 and ranked #1 in 2015 with Santos at MLB and two guys named "Berry" anchoring the safety positions![]()
U simulate games?
Ya just have to understand that a lot of the poster's here on VN are more than likely younger than the recruits they are pining about. It's a panty twist crowd that get's over revved about one recruit. 1 kid. Sure we all want Dalton to be a Vol. It's his choice. Dalton has committed to two schools and may very well end up at a 3rd location. I want Dalton here as much as the rest of you guys but he won't make or break this class. With CDD and his staff, this class will make it on their own. Dalton can choose to be part of a so-so Texas team, or he can choose to be part of the soon to be SEC Championship team. It's his choice. Really that simple.

There's a lot of reasons the package-deal of Wilcox/Sirmon did not go to Texas last year. Some things were said by Mack Brown that really infuriated Wilcox and Sirmon. Those feelings have not subsided.
On a side note, should the SEC decide to expand to 16, I would love to draw OK and OK St. It would keep the SEC strong and piss off texas at the same time.
Exactly what was said has never been mentioned just that Brown was arrogant.

This is interesting if you also consider some of what Muschamp has been caught saying behind closed doors about Mack.
"More than anything, I want to thank Mack Brown," Muschamp said. "I'm so grateful for the opportunity he gave me and my family and all of the guidance. He is the best in the business, and I can't say enough about everything he did to help prepare me for this."
Whatever decision Santos makes, I wish him luck. I have no animosity toward him if he chooses texas. I hope he, as an individual, succeeds. But I hate texas. They think they know what football is, but they have no clue. They produce great high school talent, but the university of texas is nothing more than a neutered bovine playing in a watered down conference that they push around to get their way. The whole longhorn network thing is a joke. If I'm watching football, I want to see real football. If you want to be the best, play the best. I would love to see teams like USC, Oregon, and texas play in the SEC for one season. Just one season would be enough to show why the SEC is THE dominant football conference. Maybe that sounds arrogant on my part, but this is the shark tank and every other conference is nothing more than a guppy bowl. SEC teams beat the hell out of each other. No other conference can legitimately make that claim.
Sorry, rant over.

Texas wouldn't care. Texas would be fine as an independent or in the Big 10 or Pac 10. I doubt OU would want this move for 2 reasons:
#1 Texas has made it clear to OU that the RRR will end if OU goes to a different conference. That game is very important for OU's recruiting in Texas.
#2 Why would OU want a harder path to a BCS game? They aren't stupid like A&M.
By the way, lots of internet buzz that ACC schools (like FSU, Clemson, BC, Ga Tech & others) are talking about bringing over 5 teams to the Big 12 and enticing ND to be the 16th team in the Big 12.
Some top qualtiy information right there......:loco:
Tennessee is closer to winning their conference title than Texas?
Florida Gators hires Texas defensive coordinator Will Muschamp - ESPN
Brown sounds TERRIBLE!
TexasFan, you know you've done a good job when all they have to come back with is "haha ur dumb"
