I think it’s more based on the two particular schools. Miami has nothing else to offer but nice weather and Texas A&M appears to be in a similar situation that we were during the Butch era. The one thing both schools have in common though is that they’ve been notorious for paying well above market value for recruits since NIL was introducedIf a kid is considering us it’s bc of relationships. If he’s considering others, it’s money. Just made me laugh out loud, thus the lol

He’s the DE coach. He’s entering his first season as an actual college coach though. He could end up being a great coach or like most HOF athletes he could end up being an average to below average coach. If I was a recruit I’d probably go with Garner since he’s proven for 20 years that he can put guys in the leagueI agree those are major players with NIL. Yet Vols are in his top 3 with them. Vols also have gotten tons of flak for NIL.
And idk about Miami having nothing but weather. Isn’t Jason Taylor - the one in the HOF - their DL coach? Or maybe he’s just their DE coach

So you’re saying he cares about the coaching at one school and only about money at the others?
Yeah, I still don’t understand why Miami hasn’t tried to get Ray Lewis and Ed Reed on their staff. I think Lewis is one of the few guys that could even come close to matching his success during his playing career as a coachNo doubt. But I’m sure being coached by a HOF could be appealing to some recruits
Based on what? He was a Hall of Fame player, and you're just going to assume that he would be as good of a coach as a player? That's as ridiculous as most of your other opinions.Yeah, I still don’t understand why Miami hasn’t tried to get Ray Lewis and Ed Reed on their staff. Have you ever listened to him break down football and film? His understanding of the game and ability to motivate a team is as good as there has ever been in the history of the game. You do realize that the MLB is essentially an on field extension of the DC right? Especially for a majority of his era before helmets were mic’d. He would be a phenomenal DC at the very least. The only reason he’s likely not already coaching is because of the amount of money he gets paid 4 months out of the year just to talk for a few hours a week on tvBased on what?
