I 100 percent agree. I think this game will be a battle and it's more than possible that UGA beats us but I also believe that Kirby and his fanbase are straight up terrified. I've never seen anything like it. I know it's common for fans to taunt one another with that but everything he's done - from the anonymous quotes down to the flyer on how to cheer - screams that they're scared. And if I'm honest, I'd be scared too. We have a really great team that is hard to stop even when it's having a down time but right now it's riding a wave. That is scary stuff.

UT is, unsurprisingly, the poster program for this. I'm sure fan-instigated trash throwing will be written into the new protocols, as well.

It's hard not to despise Saban and Alabama.

This is ridiculous. Where are the adults in the room, stepping up to talk about how dangerous it could be for fans if you try to keep them off the field??

They’re putting fans at significant risk in response to a sh!tbag coach claiming his player who assaulted a female fan did so because the player felt unsafe/threatened?? 🐴💩

The SEC is a corrupt organization and needs to be cleaned out and moved out of the state of Alabama.

There is no way that we shut down Will Anderson and Bama's defense and put 52 on them and not score in the high 30s or low 40s on Georgia. Bryce Young put up lots of passing yards on us, but most of those yards were when he got out of the pocket and flung it down the field (very few from in the pocket). Bennett will not be able to do that (imho). And, if we get Slaughter/Tank/Banks to pop Bowers once or twice and hold him to "reasonable yardage", I think they may find it more difficult to score than they think. We have beat better running backs (Pitt's RB and Gibbs). We have beat better QBs (Young and Levis). We have faced better defenses (top 2 SEC West and a good UK team) than GA has faced (bottom 3 SEC East and yes they played Oregon but PAC 12 teams don't have defenses).

I hate making predictions (always feel like I jinx the team), but since you asked nicely - VOLS 42 / GA 31

This is what I’m worried about most. Saban doesn’t want to play us again. I expect we will have to beat Georgia and officials tomorrow. Pay attention to who the crew is calling the game. There are certain head refs who always call our games in our opponents favor. If we get the same crew as Bama game, then may be seeing a changing of the guard for the good guys.

Screw the fans right? Just present a powerpoint of the dozens of times fans have crushed and tramped other fans during celebrations and hysteria - and that's something you run the risk of if you do everything in your power (aside from installing fences like a Mexican soccer stadium) to stop fans.

I've been on the front row when the powers at be buffed security and stopped fans from coming. I've never been more scared for myself and my friends in a stadium. We had bruises all over and the front few rows basically had to fight back because security was screaming at us and threatening us if we jumped for our own safety.
