Out of all the QBs we have faced this year, so far...all of them have combined for 40 yards on 35 carries, and 2 TDs.
Richardson had the most success with 17 carries for 62 yards, an astounding 3.6 ypc, and 2 TDs.

Looks like we've "contained" to the tune of a whopping 1.1 yards per carry by QBs we have faced.

Tell you what im going to do to help you out a bit, to make your statement just ignorant and not outright ridickulous...ill take away what Pitt's QBs did, considering that was pretty much a double homicide. Without the Pitt QB stats, that puts us at 27 carries for an out-of-this-world 66 yds...yes, an unstoppable 2.4 yards per carry!!

So, what the hell are you talking about? Do you even know?

Matt Corral haunts my nightmares. But yes, that was last year, not this year. Thank you for the stats. This moran will see himself out. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Since that first Midnight Yell, the event has been held on the night before each home football game. The Fightin' Texas Aggie Band and the five Yell Leaders lead a parade from the Quadrangle, where the Corps dorms are located. Students and alumni line the route from the Quadrangle to Kyle Field, falling into line once those in front of them have passed. Students and alumni gather in the student section of the stands. At midnight, the yell practice begins.[1] The Corps Juniors used to guard Kyle Field all night against students from other schools who may try to pull pranks the night before the game. This job has since been taken over by University Police but only the Corps Juniors are allowed to stand on the track around the Field in recognition of this tradition.[2]
In a departure from their starched white game-day uniforms, at Midnight Yell the Yell Leaders typically wear painted denim overalls and T-shirts. With the senior Yell Leaders looking on, the junior Yell Leaders assemble at midfield and begin doing pushups. The pushups last for approximately nine minutes (3 songs played by the Aggie Band about 3 minutes each). When the juniors are finished, Reveille, the Texas A&M mascot, is escorted onto the field.[1]
The five Yell Leaders then arrange themselves in front of the stands and begin leading the yells. All yells are coordinated using hand signals. When the yell is ready to begin, the head Yell Leader gives a signal and the crowd "humps it," with every person leaning forward to maximize the volume of their voices.[1]
During the Yell Practice the crowd, which generally numbers 20,000 to 25,000 people, is led in the yells.[3] The school songs "Aggie War Hymn" and "Spirit of Aggieland" are sung, the Yell Leaders will also tell two fables about how the Aggies are going to beat their opponent the next day.[2]
At one point during the night the stadium lights are turned off and, traditionally, Aggies are supposed to kiss their dates (called "mugging down").[3] This relates to another student tradition: "When One Aggie Scores, All Aggies Score." When the Aggies score a touch down, safety, or field goal, everyone in the student body who has brought a date to the game kisses his/her date.[2][4]
If no date is present, single students light their cigarette lighters, commonly referred to as "flicking your Bic," to make it easier for two dateless people to find each other in the dark.[3]

Reading these traditions... I just broke the "corniest thing I have read in my life" record like 4 or 5 times.
I can just imagine some foreign enemy showing their military this crap and laughing their butts off. 🤡

Geeeez Oklahoma getting curb stomped by the froggies

34-10 10 minutes left in the second quarter.

My daughter really wants to go to TCU. We were at a college tour at Oklahoma during the game. It was pretty funny.
I will say that I was surprised by how nice the OU campus is. Beautiful classic collegiate buildings. Really wasn’t expecting that.
😳

If they'd use a decent looking gray they'd be fine but instead of a nice charcoal they went with a really flat boring shade. The helmets look good but they need to work on the general uniform color/shading if they are going to keep them around. Right now, it's still the same gray given to every other school in that era.

I like alternate uniforms but not these for the same reasons you mention. The color just reminds me of duct tape. I like the helmets though.

I think the MO for this game is the same as potty and Florida. Don't make mistakes. They only reason either of those games weren't blow outs is because we liked ourselves.

I think LSU and Florida are comparable teams this year, though I do think LSU's defense is better than Florida's.

Will y have opportunities in this game to lead and probably extend that lead. Do it and put them to bed as earthy as we can.

We play clean, we win. And a fast start didn't guarantee anything. They don't quit. Cane back and should have gone to ot against FSU. Was down 13 to MSU and 17 to auburn.

So 60 minutes, and don't make mistakes.

Jake is drunk posting again.

So Pitt is Potty now? I will allow it.

Watching the TCU/OU game. Aerial view shows NOBODY in the stands............It's OU for crying out loud.

I think that everyone left the slaughter…
It was full to begin the game.

I know that if it’s the first time in 8 years that my team is beating a rival, I am staying until the end. Big 12 fans can be as measly as Pac12 fans. They don’t stay for a blowout, winning or losing. 😐

Anyone snagged the new Tyler Childers album? I pre-ordered it's 3 disc, each disc is a different version of the tracks. But it's just 8 tracks, 2 are instrumental and 1 is a re-release of Purgatory.

I'm a little disappointed, I mean it's Tyler so I dig the songs. But paying double album prices to get 5 tracks basically? Don't dig that.

He’s kinda gotten odd. I understand he had some struggles though so I’m sure he’s just doing what makes him happy now.

He got sober. Great for him personally, bad for his music.

Think it's part of growing older. He has such a wide variety of songs though that he's never put on a studio album I feel like he could have really hammered home this album with 12-14 of those and just did an acoustic version and band version.

I was also a bit disappointed to find that even though I have 3 versions of every song none of them are just Tyler acoustic, which was really what I was hoping I'd get when I ordered it.

So yea, if you’re a single girl, they expect you to subject yourself to this, and then signal a beacon to others that voluntarily humped the midnight air to come find you to give you a kiss, while junior drags in bedazzled Osh Kosh lead you to muck down with each other… these are real words I just typed.

I'm still watching the OU wreck on ABC..... LOLView attachment 496020

55-17 TCU
This always amazed me. Even on this shot, it’s obvious that the wagon’s center of balance is too high for the narrow wheelbase.

On the tour, we saw that wagon, one of our tour guides was an engineering major. I pointed it out that increasing the axle lengths by 6-8” would prevent that accident from ever occurring. He just stared at me for a minute and then nodded.

He then asked if I was an engineer and I responded, “ No sir, I am a Tennessee Volunteer!” 😂

The joyful versions are definitely underwhelming but overall I dig the album.
