Just like American politicians hemming and hawing for American involvement while our economy collapses.
$150 million, in the grand scheme of things (compared to $33 billion) does what?
Biden Signs New $150 Million Military Aid Package For Ukraine | ZeroHedge
It doesn't bother me, if they don't want to be part of Ukraine go be part of Russia. Large portions of Texas Arizona and New Mexico are Hispanic. If they don't want to be part of the US they have an easy choice that doesn't involve armed conflict in an already established country. The Transnistria, South Ossetia, and Abkhazia independence movements were going on long before Putin was elected.
Crimea is almost 80% ethnic Russian. It shouldn't bother you guys and gals that they don't want to be part of Ukraine.
You know why. This is exactly why I have been 100% anti-intervention of ANY sort in this conflict. It helps nobody but a handful of defense corps and politicians.I wonder the same thing. Why do they keep feeding the war machine a carrot here and a carrot there with these inane appropriations? It seems like every other day there is a new announcement of another grant to Ukraine.
You know when leftist rags like the NYTimes reports that the war is not going well for Slo Jo and his Cackling Ho that the situation is really bad.
New York Times columnist warns America may be inadvertently dragged into direct war with Russia
Friedman said that as an American citizen, he wants the country to do what is in its own best interest and to remain "laser-focused" so the U.S. doesn't risk of being pulled directly into the conflict.
I would hope any nuclear armed country had safeguards to stop a madman from launching nuclear weapons.
Nice try though.
If you file bankruptcy you don't have to move out of your house for at least 30 days and maybe up to a year. This is going to be a slow painful death for Russia's economy.I just don't understand why Russia hasn't defaulted yet. Their economy is in ruins. Their army is losing and retreating to Transnistria. Putin has cancer. Navalny is being prepped to take his place.... just seems like everything that could go wrong is going wrong for Russia and they still seem to be making payments. What are the credit rating agencies doing?
When the sanctions first hit, they were saying that by the end of March or first of April, Russia was going to be in default. If you file bankruptcy you don't have to move out of your house for at least 30 days and maybe up to a year. This is going to be a slow painful death for Russia's economy.
