I don’t think he has enough offense in his game to start. If he could develop an outside shot. One thing for sure though, athletic freak that 100% gets drafted.
And by the way I don't view a bench depth guy as a bad thing, some very solid NBA teams stay in and steal games from the elite that way.

I like the idea of a guy like Marrone or Fisher with a strong NFL background, I think they could sell it to recruits well. However, I would hope they’d seek out coordinators with college backgrounds though. They need to realize that they are not going to have the time or consistency on their roster to install playbooks the size of encyclopedias. 15 minutes of internet research would also tell them that a spread offense with a good dual-threat QB dramatically increases your odds of winning in the college game.

I agree. Grant Williams comes into games for toughness. Gets rebounds over guys much taller. Grant has improved his outside game offensively. Pons is bigger than Grant but I feel like that is a similar role he will fill.

Celtics raved about Williams playing huge role in advancing in Playoffs last year

A bridge hire scenario becomes more likely when you wait and wait, fire late and are forced to go further down your list than you ever imagined. We've done that several times. I'd hate to see us do it again. We have to be smarter this time.
I am afraid we are already past that point.

His offense is garbage and will never work in the SEC. Best case scenario for him is what UK has done with Stoops. Chadwell's offense is what Stoops just upgraded from. Which Stoops won most of those games because hes an Elite DC, and Chadwell is not that.
That line of thinking is so played out. For years people said the spread would never work in the SEC and here we are, SEC running spreads everywhere. Chadwells offense is no different, other than it is a little more innovative mixing in triple option. I’d be willing to wager a small amount that we’ll see some of his plays mixed into play calls next season in the SEC.

Would win. You don’t have to be a great coach to win at a high level at Tennessee. I know the past decade doesn’t suggest that. A good coach, with Tennessee’s resources, can have a lot of success here.

yea the biggest thing for me with Jeff Fisher or Doug Marrone is we would have a grown up running the show and you would never have to question effort again out of our team. They are both leaders and can literally lay out the blue print for players that want to get to the next level and last at the next level. I also know how many talented coaches these guys have coached with and against... so i think their staffs would be made up of coach first, recruit second guys which is what we desperately need.

Bane in the Dark Night Rises is a hero:

Wore a mask
Quarantined a city
Cancelled sporting events
Root of problem was a bat
This is amazing. I love when people put new spins/theories on apparent bad guys (obviously I get this is more a joke and doesn't make a Bane a good guy).

The best is the overarching theory that the machines in The Matrix are actually trying to save/help humanity. It's a long read/big idea, but it seems plausible.
